There is no refund, except in the following conditions:

When Refunds Are Available

  • The product is damaged, spoiled, or a wrong order was delivered.
  • Refund will be done only if the product is in cold temperature condition.

Refunds are immediate once the request is approved.

The refund amount cannot exceed the amount paid by the customer.
