Cancellation Policy

There is no cancellation once an order is placed.

How to Cancel Your Order

In rare cases, if you wish to cancel, you may email us at office@mommyschicken.com with the Subject: "Cancellation Request".

E-Mail shall contain the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Cancellation Reason

Our team will review the reason for the same, and cancellation will be at our discretion.

Refund Policy

There is no refund, except in the following conditions:

When Refunds Are Available

  • The product is damaged, spoiled, or a wrong order was delivered.
  • Refund will be done only if the product is in cold temperature condition.

Refund Process & Terms

Refunds are immediate once the request is approved.

The refund amount cannot exceed the amount paid by the customer.

Return Policy

Returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged, spoiled, or poor in quality due to company's default.

Return Timeline

Important: Returns should be received within 10 days from the date of purchase.

Return Shipping

Shipping costs for returns shall be borne by the customer at their own risk.

Damaged or Spoiled Products

Clear photos of the damaged/spoiled product must be shared immediately upon delivery at office@mommyschicken.com or WhatsApp +91 9131527491.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

At www.mommyschicken.com, every order is prepared fresh to ensure taste and quality. Orders are packed in tamper-proof dual packaging to maintain freshness.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Our delivery network covers all major areas within the city limits to ensure fresh delivery to your doorstep.

Delivery Timeline

Preparation Time: 90 – 120 minutes from order placement.

Extended Preparation: If preparation or stock takes longer than 120 minutes, we will inform the customer.

Delivery Time: Post-dispatch, deliveries are done across Bhopal within 3 - 8 hours.

Payment Terms

Prepaid orders only. Immediate payment in advance is required for all policies.

Delivery Charges

Delivery Charges Apply: Orders less than Rs 280/- and distances more than 5 km

Bulk Orders

Bulk orders should be placed one day prior to the requirement.

Minimum bulk order quantity: 3 Kgs, with advance payment required.

Order Tracking

Once the order is shipped, we will provide the customer with tracking details. You can track all orders live from www.mommyschicken.com or the Mommy's Chicken Mobile app!

Delivery Conditions

Important: Please note that deliveries are always subject to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather conditions, and factors out of human control. We shall keep you posted during such events.

Packaging & Safety

We procure specialized secondary packaging depending on the nature of the product (tamper-proof bags, corrugated boxes, etc.), which are given to delivery personnel to ensure no damages in transit. As we procure this specifically for your shipment, we charge a very nominal amount, which is included in the product price.

Policy Updates

In all matters concerning cancellation and refund, Online Delivery shall have the deciding hand. Online Delivery may amend its Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information, we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.
