Tandoori Drumsticks

Spicy Drumstick Roast Crispy outside, juicy inside — full dhaba-style vibes!

Key ingredients:

You'll need:

• 6 Mommy’s Chicken Drumsticks (Tandoori or Peri Peri Marinade)
• 1 tbsp oil / ghee
• Lemon wedge & coriander for garnish

Steps:

1. 1.Heat grill pan / oven at 200°C.
2. 2.Brush drumsticks with oil.
3. 3.Roast 12–15 mins (flip halfway) till charred.
4. 4.Squeeze lemon, garnish with coriander.
5. 5.Serve with mint chutney or dip.
